Background:
Arifa received her BS degree from University of Engineering & Technology, Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Lahore, Pakistan. She is perusing her Ph.D at Northwestern University, Dept. of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She entered graduate school under her advisor Professor A. Choudhary and co-advisor Professor G. Memik.
